Self-projected authority: you know by hearing yourself say it

You go in circles alone, and everything clears up the moment you talk it through with someone. That is not a need for validation: it is the decision mechanism itself.

The centre of direction

The G centre carries identity, love and direction : the way a life is heading. When it is defined and connected to the Throat, it becomes the decision mechanism.

Its particularity: it expresses itself through speech. This is not a stylistic preference, it is the channel through which the information becomes accessible.

Why speaking, not thinking

Silent reflection produces scenarios here, not answers. Clarity arrives at the moment of speaking, often to the surprise of the person themselves, who hears themselves say something they had not formulated.

Hence three practical rules:

  1. Find a listener who listens without steering. Their role is to be a sounding board, not an adviser. Outside opinion blurs the mechanism rather than helping it.
  2. Talk until it settles. The first formulation is rarely the right one; the direction appears through rephrasing.
  3. Listen to what you hear yourself say, not what you planned to say.

Without a listener, recording yourself or speaking aloud produces a partial but real effect.

The criterion: direction, not wanting

This authority is often confused with the heart’s, because both run through speech. The criterion separates them cleanly.

Where to start

  1. Confirm the configuration by calculation.
  2. Choose one or two people able to listen without advising, and tell them what you need from them.
  3. Test it on a live decision: talk about it for twenty minutes without trying to conclude, and see what has settled by the end.

If a description does not speak to you, do not force it. These lenses exist to name what you already recognise.

Frequently asked questions

Does the listener need to answer me?

No, and that is the most useful thing to understand. The listener is a sounding board, not an adviser. Their opinion can actually blur the mechanism. What matters is hearing your own voice put the thing into words.

Who should I choose as a listener?

Someone who listens without steering. A close friend who offers a lot of advice is less useful here than a neutral person. Some people get the same effect by recording themselves or speaking aloud alone.

How is this different from heart authority?

Both run through speech, but the criterion differs. The heart asks "what do I want to get out of this". The self asks "does this go in my direction, does this look like me". One is about wanting, the other about identity.

Why does silent reflection not work?

Because the G centre carries identity and direction, and it expresses itself through the Throat. Without speaking, the information stays out of reach: thinking produces scenarios, speaking produces the answer.
