Limit, Strength, Light: three states of one thing

The hypothesis is simple and disconcerting. What has blocked you your whole life may not be a flaw to remove, but a capacity folded shut. Three frequencies describe the successive states of the same material.

One material, three degrees of openness

The central idea fits in one sentence. The same archetype shows up differently depending on how contracted the person is.

This is not a scale of value. It describes states, the way ice, water and vapour describe three states of one substance without any of them being better than the others.

What that changes in practice: you stop trying to remove what blocks you and start looking for what it covers.

The Limit

This is the form a block takes. It is recognisable by three things.

It is repetitive. The same pattern returns, with different people and in different contexts, which rules out an explanation by circumstance.

It is contracted. Many people describe it as a physical tightening, a closing, a reflex of withdrawal.

It is defended. You find reasons to justify it, and those reasons are often good ones. That is what makes it hard to spot alone.

The Strength

This is the capacity the Limit covers. Not its opposite: its available version.

The clearest example remains the need for control. In Limit it is lived as rigidity, an inability to let go. The same exactingness, loosened, produces a reliability few people have. It is not another quality replacing a flaw, it is the same thing at another degree.

Hence the formulation that sums up the approach: what blocks you and what you have most singular to offer are often the same material.

The Light

This is the most open form of the archetype. Descriptions here are rarer and more careful, for a simple reason: nobody seriously claims to install anyone there for long.

It mostly serves as a direction. Knowing what a material can open into changes how you move through it, even without arriving.

Treating the Light as a goal to reach reproduces exactly the mechanism of effort the approach is trying to loosen.

Spotting where you are

The question does not settle once and for all. The same person can be in Limit on one subject and in Strength on another, within the same day.

What this lens does not say

It gives no method for moving from one state to another. It is a description, not a protocol, and offers promising a passage in a few sessions go beyond what the system claims.

It says nothing about timing either. Unlike astrology, there is no temporality here, no cycle, no indication of when something loosens.

And it replaces no form of support. A pattern that damages daily life belongs with a professional, not with a reading grid.

Where to start

  1. Pick a single key, the one behind the block that returns most. Your Inner Profile calculation gives it from your birth data.
  2. Watch the Limit for two or three weeks without trying to correct it. Observation alone is enough at this stage.
  3. Look for what it protects. A Limit holds because it serves something. That something is usually the route to the Strength.
  4. Do not force the passage. Many people describe a loosening that arrives once they stop aiming for it.

And if a description does not speak to you, do not force it. These lenses exist to name what you already recognise.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to remove the Limit to reach the Strength?

No, and that is the most common misreading. The Limit is not an obstacle to remove but the folded form of the same energy. Many people describe a gradual loosening rather than a disappearance. What changes is the degree of openness, not the nature of the material.

How do I know which frequency I am in?

The question applies situation by situation, not once and for all. The same person can be in Limit on one subject and in Strength on another, on the same day. The most reliable marker is the body: Limit feels like contraction, Strength like availability.

Is the Light a goal to reach?

It is presented as a state rather than a destination, and few descriptions claim to install anyone there for long. Treating it as a goal reproduces exactly the mechanism of effort the approach is trying to loosen.

How long does it take?

No duration is stated, and be wary of any that are. Contemplating a single key generally runs over weeks. It is the slowest of the three tools, and it does not finish: you return to it.

Can I work on several keys at once?

You can, but it is rarely useful early on. Most people who stick with it describe working one key at a time, the one behind the main block, over several weeks. Multiplying entry points scatters attention without speeding anything up.
